Our quiet community came into existence in 1999, has a total of 64 units, located on the edge of Brampton south and Mississauga. (Just south of Steeles avenue and north of hwy 403).

We are working class people, highly respectful and it has been this way since the beginning. We have an excellent board of directors who continuously work with our management company, with a common goal to improve our community and secure the owners investment.

Over the years, we had some turnover like everywhere else, owners left simply because of their growing families. 170Havelock(Kids needed to have larger bedrooms and so on). The homes in this community are for families of up to four, as the average size is around 1500 square feet. (With the largest ones are around 1700 sq ft.)

For several years the community has been the most sort-after in Brampton south; homes would go up for sale and were sold within days to just weeks, and it still is today.

The big plus here is proximity; we are just walking distance from everything. All major banks, local grocery stores and shopping are only ten (5) minutes walking distance. The big shopping malls like Shoppers World or Bramalea City Centre are about 10-15 minutes by car.

We have parks and walking trails all around the community and we are close to all the major highways like 403, 401, QEW, 427, 400. Brampton_Zum_1074b

Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga is only ten minutes south of us. Brampton transit “ZUM” run in conjunction with Mississauga transit, seven days a week. Go transit stations are within minutes in all directions. Many people in our community work downtown Toronto, and rely on the excellent transportation system that exists right on their door steps.

To make this transportation system sound even better; both Brampton and Mississauga transit have approved a NEW light rail system (LRT), that will run on the corridor, from downtown Brampton to the lake shore in Mississauga. (AlongHurontario Street).

lrt1We are anticipating construction to begin by 2018. This will carry thousands of people daily, between the two cities and will also reduce the hundreds buses currently on the road today.
